**SERVICE: **
I have the right to decline the commission depending on the situation whether for harassment, threats, or disparagement. Any actions like these will be blacklisted permanently losing any service of mine.
I will NOT draw any content that I am not comfortable with(look at commission rules for those) . This also includes offensive or controversial subjects/content.
If you have any questions regarding the type of info please do so privately when discussing the commission together.
USE:
Do not claim my work as yours
It is not allowed to remove my signature or cut it out of the image
some art commissions will be posted on my social media and will include a watermark with your username. (this way no one can steal your commission while still promoting my business ) of course if you don't want it posted please let me know.
If you are uploading a drawing make sure to GIVE ME CREDIT!!! that can be either by tagging me or adding a link to any of my social networks.
PAYMENT:
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS after finishing a commission. The refund will be given to you if I cant finish the commission due to personal circumstances.
The payment must be upfront after I send a sketch with a heavy watermark incase of stealing.
Unauthorized chargebacks or refunds will be permanently blacklisted and the name will be posted on pages as a warning.

what's the drawing process?
after discussing what you want for the art commission the sketch will be sent in order to confirm that all requested details are correct. In the same way another color sketch will be sent to correctly confirm the tones chosen or given by the person.communication is important so if a mistake is made respectfully clear it up to me so necessary correction can be made.Depending how busy I am it will take 1-4 days to deliver. (your patience is greatly appreciated). delivery can be made via email in order to receive the artwork in good quality. If you do not agree with these terms commission will not be accepted.
